家长值班表 Duty Roster
学校以家为单位安排家长轮流值班，以协助维护租借教室的整洁和教学秩序:
Parents on duty from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM.
- Please arrive at the school 10 minutes earlier and call college police at 832-813-6800
to open doors for room 201, 202. 206，207 and 221 - Please arrange the tables and chairs for Level 1 and Level 2.
Parents on duty from 2:00 - 4:00 PM.
- Please arrive the school 10 minutes earlier to help the classes in transition.
- Please arrange the desks and chairs back to their original place. Please check if the classrooms and restrooms are clean before your duty is over.
Responsibilities
- Keep the students stay away from the bridge connecting Building A to Building D and also the Commons;
- Please help the teachers maintain the class and the school order; stop any behaviour against school rules and discipline the students; help younger student(s) go to the bathrooms and escort the student(s) back to the classrooms;
- During the recess time, students should not be allowed to go downstairs and the Commons and must be kept on the second floor ;
- During the school dismissal time, parents on duty should not allow the students to leave the school themselves and must keep them until their parents pick them up.
家长因故不能值班请自行对换或请人代值。请家长们自觉遵守值班制度，协助我们办好中文学校。对于不来值班也未事先通知的，罚款$10。
